B2C calling on the lists you already paid for.
Most companies buy consumer leads faster than they can call them. We supply the dialing capacity: your list, your offer, our senior on-shore reps, billed by the call.
- Your list, our phones We do not sell or source consumer data. You supply leads you own and are authorized to call, and we work them on a proper cadence.
- Volume without hiring Capacity is bought by the call and can scale up for a campaign or pause between them, with no headcount to carry.
- Outcome on the calendar Booked appointments, confirmed callbacks or live transfers, with notes and dispositions written back to your CRM.
- Consent and suppression handled Internal do-not-call honoured, calling hours enforced, litigator numbers removed, opt-outs recorded same day, every dial logged.
Who it is for
- Auto dealers and auto finance lead buyers
- Home improvement and home services companies with paid lead flow
- Insurance and financial services agencies with opted-in enquiries
- Any business sitting on a large aged consumer lead or customer file
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply the consumer list?
No. We call lists you own and are authorized to call. We do not buy, sell or provide consumer data.
How is this compliant?
We only call lists you own and are authorized to call: web lead forms, credit applications, prior customers and existing business relationships. Every file is scrubbed against your internal do-not-call and suppression lists, state and provincial calling hour rules are enforced, known litigator numbers are removed, and opt-outs are recorded the same day and pushed back to you. Calls are made by live on-shore reps, never an autodialer or AI voice agent, and every dial is logged with disposition and timestamp for your audit trail.
Do you do cold B2C calling to purchased or scraped lists?
No. Cold consumer calling against bought lists is not something we run. Your own leads, applicants, and customers, yes.
Is B2C priced differently to B2B?
Same per-call pricing. Consumer files usually connect at a higher rate than B2B, so cost per conversation is typically lower.
What does it cost?
Self-serve call credits start at $1.00 per call on the monthly plan with a 500 call minimum. Most managed programs run $1,000 to $6,000 a month, and high-volume lead-list programs run $6,000 and up depending on daily dial capacity.
Which consumer programs will you decline?
Anything that looks like consumer collections, and anything where the client cannot show how the records were collected. We turn those down rather than take the risk.
